The Land Use Plan

The Municipality of Venice must draw up a Regional Planning Plan because so required by a law of the Veneto Region. To put it in non-technical words, the Plan must establish the general lines of the interventions foreseen or acceptable for the territory. It will then be up to many individual PIs (Plans of Interventions) to describe and propose concrete interventions. For example, the Plan may say: residential and commercial or industrial or public green buildings will go to this area. The concrete works will then be presented in the Intervention Plans. The latter substantially correspond to the existing Regulatory Plan, which in fact they implement almost completely.
